1-on-1 Private Training: In-person training is overall the most effective way to save the most time and achieve the best results. It is the optimal setting for learning and progressing. These sessions can be trained at the main location in North Reading, MA, Downtown Barbell in Dracut, MA or at another agreed location. In-person sessions are suggested to last 60 minutes and every minute is spent assisting you toward your stated goal. Virtual Training: If you think virtual training is a waste of time, I can confirm that you are wrong, as I didn’t think very highly of it myself before. Reasons to train virtually can be distance, convenience, preference, sickness, vacation, etc. If it keeps you moving and gets you closer to your goals, it is worth doing. Routine Programming: Often I’ve referenced exercise routines as a recipe; each exercise, set range, rep range, style of rep, time under tension, and choice of equipment is an ingredient needed to create the perfect meal. Every goal has a different route, and it is always recommended to change templates to overcome plateaus and seek new progress, even if it’s alone and not live with a trainer.
